Our goal at Holistic 4 Work Life Centre, is to help you create health, harmony and balance. We are dedicated to helping you heal your whole life at a pace that suits you.

The Health and Safety Executive define stress as the "adverse reaction people have to excessive pressure or other types of demand placed on them." The HSE reported in 2003/4 that 12.8 million working days were lost to stress, depression and anxiety and that up to 5 million people in the UK feel "very" or "extremely" stressed by their work.
Everyone suffers from some form of stress, with prolonged stress causing the most damage on a physiological and psychological level
Services we offer include: Reiki, Colour therapy , energy work , aura, chakra, healing, intuitive reading and healing, emotional freedom techniques, psychic services, life transformation coaching.
We also instruct classes weekly in self-development, spiritual growth, metaphysical awareness and the healing arts.
Our services and classes are designed to assist you in healing at your own pace, developing a deeper understanding of natural energy and nurturing your own intuition
